Terms of Service
Last updated: January 2026
1. Who we are
Travis ("Travis", "we", "us") operates an online travel booking platform that helps small and mid-size businesses search and book flights, and — soon — hotels and rental cars. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Travis. By using our site or services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information, including a valid work email address.
3. Bookings and third-party suppliers
Travis is a technology platform that surfaces travel inventory from third-party suppliers (airlines, GDSs, hotel and car providers). When you book, you enter into a separate contract with the supplier for the underlying travel. Their fare rules, baggage policies, and refund/change conditions apply to your ticket or reservation. We surface those rules on every fare before you pay so there are no surprises.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown all-in — taxes and mandatory fees are included in the total displayed at search. Payment is charged in the currency shown at checkout. If a supplier rejects a booking after payment, we will refund the charge in full.
5. Cancellations, changes, and refunds
Cancellation and change eligibility depends on the fare or rate you booked. Where the supplier permits it, you can request a change or cancellation from your Trips dashboard or via Contact Us. Non-refundable fares are clearly labelled as such at booking.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Travis to scrape inventory, resell fares, submit fraudulent bookings, probe our systems, or violate any law. We may suspend accounts that we reasonably believe are engaged in abuse.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
Travis is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that travel inventory shown will remain available at the price displayed until you complete checkout.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travis's total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid Travis in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or a prominent notice on the site. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
